Learn the fundamentals of knitting at this cozy beginner-friendly workshop.
If you’ve always wanted to learn how to knit, this is the perfect time to start.
During this three-hour workshop, you will learn to cast on, knit and purl, and if you already know the basics we will dwelve into the method of 5-needle knitting in the round and changing colors for fair-isle technique. You will learn to read a written pattern and a chart.
You may bring your own yarn and knitting needles, but a basic set of medium weight yarn and needles will be provided.
The set includes:
1 ball of 5 dkg Bravo acrylic yarn and
A set of 5 size 4 DPN (double-pointed) needles
Class size will be limited to 4 people.
Important: During the 3-hour workshop, you probably won’t be able to complete a project, but we’ll experiemnt with various knitting methods.
